On this website I will share about the approach I have termed Gentle Education ™️. With Gentle Education we can eliminate the defenses that arise for children while learning and create an environment where they can open up gently to all the possibilities of educational integration. I am a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience supporting children with special needs. I recently opened up a school, which is host to students with varying degrees of disabilities that run the gamut. With a niche in helping students with complex needs, I’ve developed a unique expertise in understanding the underlying needs that drive their behaviors. I believe that every child is inherently good, and that their actions are a call for help and understanding. Through simple yet powerful conversations, I build trust and connections with my students, fostering a fun and supportive learning environment. My students’ loving greetings are a daily reminder of the strong bond we share.My approach is built on a foundation of empathy, creativity, and persistence, as I work tirelessly to help each child achieve their learning goals. With a love for learning and teaching, I’m passionate about empowering educators with effective strategies and tools to support their students. My organized and broken-down methodolgy to attaining goals ensures that every child can succeed. As I run a school this year, I will share my musings and experiences at the helm.
